Overview

This release adds support for multiple identical drivers in a single enclosure configuration, allowing users to simulate dual subwoofers and other multi-driver setups.

New Features

Multiple Driver Support

• Multiple Identical Drivers: Configure any number of the same driver (1-10) in a single enclosure
• Automatic Parameter Combination: The simulator automatically combines driver parameters:
  • Total radiating area (Sd) scales with driver count
  • Total power handling (Pe) scales with driver count
  • Parallel resistance (Re) calculated correctly for multiple drivers
  • SPL increases by +6dB per doubling (coherent addition)
• Simple UI: Select a driver and specify the number of drivers with a single input field
• Combined Specs Display: View combined driver specifications in the configuration panel

Technical Details

When multiple identical drivers are configured:

• Sd (radiating area): Multiplied by driver count
• Pe (power handling): Multiplied by driver count
• Re (DC resistance): Divided by driver count (parallel connection)
• Vd (volume displacement): Multiplied by driver count
• All other T/S parameters remain unchanged (same driver)

This allows accurate simulation of dual subwoofer setups, multi-driver arrays, and other configurations where multiple identical drivers share the same enclosure.
