Privacy Policy
00 Audio Simulator helps people design loudspeaker enclosures in the browser. This policy explains what we collect when you use guest mode, create an account, save cloud workspaces, or share a design.
Information we collect
Guest mode stores simulator data in your browser local storage. We do not receive that guest workspace unless you sign in and import it, export it, or create a share link.
If you create an account, we store the account information needed to sign you in, such as your email address, display name, session records, authentication provider, and profile image when provided by Google.
We store cloud workspaces, enclosure data, embedded driver and passive radiator snapshots, user component library entries, share links, and account preferences needed to provide the simulator.
Google sign-in data
If you sign in with Google, we use Google OAuth to request the basic profile information required for account login: your name, email address, and profile image. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, calendars, contacts, or other Google product data.
We use Google sign-in data only to authenticate your account, display your account identity, and support account management. We do not sell Google user data and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use information
We use your information to provide sign-in, email sign-in codes, cloud autosave, workspace management, imports, exports, sharing, account support, abuse prevention, security, and product reliability.
We may use aggregate or diagnostic information to understand errors and improve the simulator, but we do not use your private workspace contents to advertise to you.
Sharing and public links
Share links are designed to be opened by anyone who has the URL. Shared workspaces are stored as self-contained snapshots so a design remains stable even if a driver or passive radiator library item changes later.
Do not create a share link for a workspace that includes information you do not want other people with the link to view.

Retention and deletion
You can delete cloud workspaces and account data from the product where those controls are available. Deleted account data may be retained briefly for operational recovery, security, legal, or abuse-prevention needs before final deletion.
