# Workspaces and accounts > Work as a guest in your browser, or sign in to keep workspaces in the cloud: sign-in, the workspace library, drafts, Recently deleted, undo and saved versions. Source: https://simulator.00aud.io/docs/guides/workspaces A workspace holds your enclosures, their drivers and the tiles you arranged. As a guest you have one, kept in this browser. Signed in, you can have many: they save to your account as you work, keep their earlier versions and open on any device. ## Guest or account Your first visit starts you as a guest, with nothing to sign up for. An account is free. | What | Guest | Signed in | | --- | --- | --- | | Where your work lives | In this browser only | In your account, on any device | | Saving | Automatic, in this browser. **Save** offers **Download .00sim** for a copy | Automatic, to your account, as you work | | Workspaces | One, the **Guest project** | Up to 250, in a library | | Going back | **Undo** and this session’s history | **Undo**, this session’s history and every saved version | | Your own drivers | In this browser | In your account, up to 1,000 drivers and 250 passive radiators | > **Guest work lives in one browser** Clearing the browser’s data, or another browser or device, starts you afresh. **Save** in the header keeps it: **Download .00sim** for a file you can open again, or **Create free account** to move it to the cloud. ## Sign in 1. **Log in.** **Log in**, at the right of the header, or **Create free account** from **Save**. 2. **Choose a way in.** **Continue with Google**, or type your email and choose **Email me a sign-in code**. There is no password. 3. **Enter the code.** The email holds a 6-digit code: type it and choose **Verify code**. **Request another code** starts again if it expired. The same steps make an account if you have none. - Your first sign-in turns this browser’s guest project, with your own drivers and passive radiators, into your first workspace. With nothing in the browser, you start with an empty one. - Sign in later with guest work in the browser and **Import guest workspace?** asks: **Import** makes it a new workspace, **Skip** leaves it in the browser. - Next time, a **Welcome back** screen offers the way you used last. **Continue as guest** is always there too. **Account**, in the menu under your avatar, holds your **Sign-in methods** (**Change email** for an email account; a Google account’s address is managed at Google), which emails you get, your **Usage**, and **Delete account**: **Request deletion** hides your data at once and deletes it after 30 days. ## Switch and organise Signed in, the header reads **Workspaces** › your workspace’s name. - Click the name for **Recent** workspaces and **All workspaces**. - The star beside the name pins it (**Pin workspace**), and the plus before **Workspaces** makes a **New workspace**. - **Workspace actions** has **New workspace**, **Duplicate workspace**, **Rename workspace**, **Workspace history**, **Show info** and **Delete workspace…**. - To move or copy enclosures between workspaces, right-click them in the list: **Move to workspace** or **Copy to workspace**. ## The workspace library **All workspaces**, or **Workspaces** in the avatar menu, opens the library: every workspace you own, with a small plot of each one’s SPL. - **New workspace** makes one; **Import** opens a project file as a new one: [Import and export](https://simulator.00aud.io/docs/guides/import-export). - The search box (press /) looks through workspace names, enclosure names, drivers and enclosure types. Sort by **Last edited**, **Created**, **Last opened** or **Name (A–Z)**, as a **List view** or a **Grid view**. - Workspaces are grouped by the date you sort on: Today, Yesterday, Previous 7 days, then by month; sorted by name they are one list. Pinned ones also sit on a **Pinned** shelf at the top. - The arrow on a row shows the enclosures inside, with their type, drivers, volume, tuning and power, without opening it. - **More actions** on a row: **Duplicate** (⌘D), **Rename**, **Export .00sim** and **Delete…**. - The foot of the list counts your workspaces against the 250 you can keep. ## Drafts A workspace is a draft until you claim it: one your AI assistant made, or a **New workspace** you left empty and unnamed. Drafts wait in a strip at the top of the library, apart from your workspaces, and stay out of **Recent**. - Open the strip for **Keep** or the bin on each draft, or **Keep all** and **Discard all**. A discarded draft goes to **Recently deleted**. - Editing, renaming, pinning, sharing or duplicating a draft keeps it too. Opening it does not: looking at a candidate is not keeping it. - A draft nobody keeps is archived after 7 days, into **Recently deleted**. - Drafts do not count towards your 250 workspaces; you can have up to 25 at once. ## Recently deleted Deleting a workspace asks first, then moves it to **Recently deleted**, at the foot of the library, with drafts nobody kept. The app keeps them there for 30 days: choose **Restore** to bring one back. ## Undo, history and saved versions - **Undo** and **Redo** in the header (⌘/Ctrl+Z and ⌘/Ctrl+Shift+Z; Ctrl+Y also redoes on Windows and Linux) step through your edits, tile moves and layout changes included. The arrow between them, or a right-click on **Undo**, lists the last six steps; choose one to undo back to before it. - **History and saved versions…**, at the foot of that list, or **Workspace history** in **Workspace actions**, opens **Workspace history**. - **This session** lists every step since you opened the workspace; choose one to go back to it. - Signed in, **Saved versions** lists a numbered version for each save, with when it was made and by whom, you or your AI assistant. Choose one for a preview of what it held, then **Restore this version…** and **Restore version**: it becomes the newest version, and the ones before it stay. - As a guest, **Saved versions** needs an account; **This session** still works. ## Limits **Usage**, on your **Account** page, shows where you stand. | What | Up to | | --- | --- | | Workspaces | 250 | | Drafts, on top of those | 25 | | One workspace | 2 MB | | All your workspaces together | 100 MB | | A file you import | 10 MB | | Your own drivers | 1,000 | | Your own passive radiators | 250 | | Your drivers and passive radiators together | 25 MB | ## Ask your AI **Ask your AI** Signed in and connected, your assistant can read and tidy your workspaces. What it deletes goes to Recently deleted too. > Using 00 Simulator, list my workspaces, say which are drafts and what enclosures each one holds, and ask me before deleting any of them.
